The glass has been bonded to the vehicle using urethane material that meets or exceeds Federal Motor Vehicle Standards FMVSS 212 & FMVSS 216 for windshield retention when cured. Your windshield/fixed glass is warranted against airing water leaks, defective materials, and/or workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. If rust is evident we cannot warrant the installation. Extensive rust requires body repair before glass replacement. RUST inhibits the adhesion of the glass to the body of the vehicle. The presence of RUST may lead to problems with air and/or water leaks. Large amounts of RUST may pose a safety hazard. RUST VOIDS WARRANTY.
Chip repairs prevent the glass from cracking further, but the repair will not make the chip(s) disappear completely. If you are not satisfied with the chip repair, or the repair fails to stop the break, Abra Auto Glass will credit the cost of the repair towards a new windshield.
All glass replacements are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle to be free of defective materials and/or workmanship. This guarantee is limited to repair and/or replacement of glass provided by Abra Auto Glass and installed by an authorized Abra Auto Glass Installer. Abra Auto Glass is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This guarentee is exclusive and in lieu of all other guarantees and is non-transferable.
